Khai Tun

Khai Tun is a light dish usually eaten with rice or by itself as an appetizer. It is made by steaming eggs that have been mixed with some Thai seasoning and water. I also add chili and shrimp with the eggs to make it more tasty. The main thing is to not to over steam it so it is more like a thick soup.
