I taught my Thai dessert, Fried Banana With Ice Cream for my class yesterday and this time I had left banana and some Ice Cream:) So I though about making Banana Bread but found this recipes making a Chocolate Banana Cake With a chocolate ganache kind of interesting to me, so I decided to make it and was turn out great, especial with Ice cream and some strawberry:)
