Difference kind of shortbread!



These are the sample of difference kind of shortbread we made in the class and from the demonstration. They are not too sweet and easy to make so all great for eating with the tea and coffee.

For example, one that I have with me on the photo is call diamonds or " diamants" in french which we add the favor of orange zest, other name are sablés nantais, lunettes,sablés au chocolat and  galettes bretonnes.
