Tarte au pommes!



I was looking forward to make this tarte after I fall in love with it for my firs time visit Paris! The thin crust ,not using too much butter and sugar but sweet enough as you can see from my tower apples in this picture.  I used about fives apples and It took me three hours to do all of this but it was worth, so much fun !!! Thanks chef  for coaching us, it was not easy because there are 14 students in my group and each of us made everything by ourself, especial just right after the demonstration.
