Kanom Tom!

Many Thai dessert made from coconut and especially for this dessert , both stuffing made from shredded  coconut meat cook in the slow heat with palm sugar until it thick then let its cooling down then shape it as a ball shape. Before boil the coconut ball in the boil water it had to coated with glutenous rice flour then cook it until it float then roll it on the young shredded coconut meat. It is so good and it has been always my love dessert ever.
