Welcome back another team from Yelp! It was fun afternoon making the most Thai popular salad- Papaya Salad, delicious entree with stir fried  Pad SeeEwe and finish up with mango sticky rice that everyone love as Thai dessert. Great job and Thanks Bob to bring his team joined me for fun afternoon team building cooking

Scott's 40th birthday!

It was Scott 's 40th birthday and I enjoyed hosting the class to celebrate his special day with friend and family.  Love his a little beautiful kid -- she is so cute and easy to have in my class.It is a lot of work to do in this class but they are such a great group and easy to work with - so we finished three delicious course meal which everyone get hands on and cooking all together.

Cooking With Ipsy!

It was great having a team form Ipsy join me for their team building cooking class ..There made a great yummy Thai peanut sauce, Pad see ew and Thai pandant custard. It was a lot of laugh with this team and everyone got too full after all great meal. sorry that too much food guys:))

Chicken Satay!

Chicken Satay is a street food and very delicious snack that's timeless . I can eat 10 skewers with no problem. We serve this dish with peanut sauce and ajad- relish cucumber or many tines with grill slice of soft bread which is too bad I didn't have it today. The original satay in Thailand is made from pork which is called" Moo satay" but you really can make with any meat or even tofu which goes well too.

I love teaching !!! It was a very nice - meeting awesome and great propel in the class. Tonight, everyone were so intense to master their fresh spring roll for the competition and everyone did great job for first time rolling those spring roll. Thank for joining me making all delicious food tonight.

I enjoyed a lot teaching, meeting and socializing in my class. everyone so great together tonight and we laugh a lot . Thank for joining me and of course see you again soon i hope.

Friday Night Class!

It was fun having everyone in my class and made all those dish- esp Kanom Krook which is quite tricky but we did it together! And it always nice to see the same face coming back and bring new people to join my class. Thank for empty the plate.:)

Maven-women owned!!

It was so much fun with Maven team building cooking class. Everyone works very well together as a team to master all those yummies dishes. Thanks and happy women day!!!

Bachelorette Cooking Party !!

Lori such a lucky woman who is getting marriage soon and having a great friends who set up this cooking class for her bachelorette because she love cooking. I enjoyed having them in my class a lot and thanks for an elephant statue to me be part of the party too.

Awesome Four Couples!

It was raining hard but it doesn't seem stop anyone coming to the class . And tonight was excellent mixed 4 couples. They did such a great job as a group for food and enjoyed the evening. Thanks so much for cooking with me in the rainy night .

Welcome back- Team from Google!

Some of people from Google team who came to my class couples times 4 years ago organized this team back to cook with me. It was nice to see the old face and meeting the rest of the group. Great team and thank again for coming back  again and again.
