Sandy's Birthday

Catch Of The Day!!

My husband caught this rock fish by the Farallon Islands, so I got whole fish to fried and on topoff with Thai sauce. The sauce I made is balance of three taste - Sweet, Sour, and Spicy. Sweet is from plam sugar, Sour from tamarind sauce, and Spicy from Thai chili.

What can I say for the third time with this group - We had a blast!!!!!

We cook, eat , drink and dance. Practise your turn for the next time!

First time with Black Sticky Rice with Custard was very yummy as well..
