The first time teaching " Tom Yum Fish " was very good and I think everybody seem full after just the appetizer--Good job everyone. Gave a bit lesson of Cha Cha Cha for digestion tonight!!!
Everybody love spicy was perfect for this group class..Everybody enjoyed making their own peanut sauce whichever taste their like- anyway salty and sweet is good combination..Good team work!!!
Nice couples - Don, Sue and Ben,Katherine.. I love spicy and tonight we did all spicy food except dessert. Start with Tom Yum Shrimp and then Spicy Basil Chicken. Great meal and company!!!
Amandy choosed my class for the first Thai Cooking in San Francisco to her mother in law for the first time cooking Thai food who came visiting her from Seattle. It was so much fun!!!
It was fun teaching a private class with Laurie and Tryone- A lot of testing for this class-not for the wine but the sauce. I also learn something new- how to make the get the most of the juice from the orange, thanks Tryone:)
