My first Thai Pop-Up was great experience!!!!! It was nice to having all my students and theirs
who love Thai food and meet people. Five course with 42 people seating was not easy to be success if I don't have my volunteering team. Thanks all the support everyone and hope to see you again next time.

Thai Dessert!

Such a pleasure to having the first Thai dessert lesson!! We are making a Golden Thread and Pumpkin With Coconut Custard.
Golden Thread is the most expensive traditional Thai dessert for the edge and Thai people always have it on the special occasion. It is a labor intensive and skill.
Pumpkin Custard is great dessert and nice presentation - the great combination of the custard adn pumpkin make this dessert have a unique taste.

Thanks Ryan and his friend that this lesson and shared me their experienced in Thailand -it was amazing how much good time they had and enjoyed Thai food..
