Awesome Group!
It was a fun group and great mixed of people ! We mastered three course and believed it or not - this group is a great team works and the presentation was on for each course. Thanks for a good night everyone!
Claire's Family!
It was a great evening with Claire's family. Alex and Claire came to the class with other people for theier first time and this time, i set up a private class for them with their family- i mean lovely beautiful mom and nice father. Thanks again for coming back to join me cooking all delicious meals and I can't wait for the next one.

Choux Aux Chantilly
It was my favor thing to bake -Choux aux
chantilly is a simple and delicious french dessert!
The dough is contain only butter, water , flour and egg which make the dough very light instead of using raising agent . There are a lot of dessert which using a same pastry dough or this pate a choux, for example -cream puff, eclair and st. honore cake. The filling can be a pastry cream with any favors or Chantilly cream as I mad with mind today .

Private Cookign Class With Sarah & Brain!
It was lovey evening having Sarah and Brain joined me cooking. Their chose three course- Papaya Salad , Spare- Rib Black Pepper and Fried Banana With Ice Cream. They both love cooking and enjoyed learning difference cuisine and esp Thai food and spicy taste . Thanks again for choosing me and a great time in my class.
