Tea Party & Macarons Class!

I was very happy to set this up for my dear friend for afternoon tea party and plus teaching a macarons class after. I love baking that the reasons why I went to Le cordon blue school in Paris for  2 semesters and will go this November to finish my degree. I was hoping that I will teach some pastry class that I love from I learned in school and share the taste of Paris with french dessert. 

My lovey three-tires afternoon tea.


I made a lot of dessert today- fruits tarts, lemon tarts,scone, creme brulee,pate aux choux and macarons and those all beautiful and very tasty. Along with afternoon tea nothing better than mimosa, esp today was a bit hot in my house.

Macarons Class !!! 


I made a lot of macarons but haven't open the class formally but today was my first time teaching macarons. Thank everyone to help me master all of those beautiful and yummy almond-meringue cookies- macarons.

Perfect Night !

I was glad that my menu tonight were satisfy to my students ! Thanks everyone to help me made those delicious and being adventure to try new things in my class and you did a great job.. Hope you all can make it again at home:0

Fun Night Out!

How cool everyone tonight ! It always bring me smile to bring everyone together in this class , cook and having a lot of fun and a lot of laugh . Hope to see you all again and good job everyone:)

Hor Mok Pla!


Hor Mok Pla or Steam fish with coconut red curry paste. Today, my husband inspired me after he caught salmon- so today the fish I use is fresh caught salmon- so good !!!

I steam the cabbage to be base for the mixed- it is a batter from mixing the egg,coconut, red curry and some Thai sauce with herbs- kaiifr lime leave, basil and Thai chilies. After steam it for 20 minutes then finish up with the the coconut  topping and garnish with thin sliced kaffir lime and chillies. Thai people eat this dish with the rice and you can add any seafood you like.. Try it - easy and delish!!!

Two weeks ago, Jayme came here for her sister bachelorett cooking part and tonight she organized her group- i meant very nice and fun people to join me again. Yes, I do have people come back again and again but not 2 weeks after -so I was so happy today. Thank again Jayme:))

It was two lovely  families tonight who join me cooking three delicious course meals. Mommy sauce team for entree and daddy for appetizer the kids are chop chop chop team. Everyone did a great job tonight!

It was so nice to having two lovely couples from Nottingham today in my class to celebrate a specail day on their vacation in SF. Thanks Krik to let me host celebrat a birthday in my class.

Welcome To SF!!

It was a very fun evening even it is very hot today! Welcome everyone, some face brought guest from another city and fun time with family from Pennsylvania. What a fun mixed group and happy birthday celebration. I was so happy that everyone enjoyed my class and ate all my food:))

Happy Friday!

It was my happy Friday! I was so happy to hear every time when my customer told me that they make a trip to join my class. Some drive for 2 hours to learn how to make Thai food and drive back home. Thank you everyone and I hope you all had a great time with me .

It was fun hosting Tiffany bachelorette cooking party! She has a great friends- young beautiful friendly ladies and love cooking! Some came from difference cities and I such a like this kind of lovely events to see how friendship and connection are important - that is a beautiful world  we live.
