Salmon Ceviche!

It was a great Ceviche I had ever .. This idea came up because of my Peruvian friend came over and my husband caught the salmon. My friend told me the secret of making it and believe it or not a small detail made the taste totally difference and was love it . I am sure that I will do this again and again because it was so easy and Delicious -lucky that we got a lot of  the salmon for this season. Keep you posted for my next

Good Class To Celebrate!

It was a very good class for hosting both bachelorette party for 6 pharmacist and couple people are friends hanging out for fun evening but they were a great mixed. Sauce team and chop chop chop , well done.

It was a wonderful night with this group!! The food they made were great and they ate a lot :))) Thanks again for joining me for all celebrating birthday and visiting SF.

What A Great Group!

Eleven of them were excellent cook and friendlyyyyyy!!! It was so much fun with this group and love how they worked as a great team even though they didn't know each other before . Those Gyoza looks great and everything was good . Thank everyone very much for making another great class.

The bride loves cooking and this was a perfect way to celebrate her bridal shower! The dish today that they pick need a lot of patient and team work with heart to finish and they all did it together. Thanks to celebrate a special  day in my class and wish you have a wonderful wedding!

It was great to see Cecily again and with all her fun, nice, friendly and beautiful in my class.. This specail time for her fiend's bachelorette  cooking party. A lot of laugh, chatting and tons of happiness came out from all fo them- its reminded me while I was with my friend in university-- was the best time and memorable .

It was a fun class with this lovely couples ! They are love cooking and are very good cook! The food came out so great- believe it or not --they ate everything they made --all of it and I was so happy ...thank to everyone ..

Cooking With Joe's Team

It was a fun afternoon with Joe's team. Joe cam here with his wife and of course had a great time , so he brought his team to join me cooking delicious Thai meal again. It was an intense making three course meals today and a lot of work to eat all of the food before they are heading to the next stop --Drinkkk:))
