It was nice seeing Patrick again with his team from Facebook! Tonight we did 4 course meals and it was a lot of work but they did a great job..Thank again for joining me tonight master all those delicious meals and hope to see all of you again. What a great team he has:)))

So Much Fun With A Team From Inversion!
It was a great evening class with a team from Inversion.. All ladies were doing so great for master three course meals and ate it all which made me so happy , esp dessert . They nailed it -good job really ladies:)) Thanks for a lot of laughs and chatttt.

Gui Chai Tod
Gui Chai Tod is a deep fried crunchy dumpling chives..It is a street snack which Thai people can eat all day long .. This kind of dumpling is will not taste without the dipping sauce - sweet, sour and spicy soy sauce ,as it has a taste mild. It is very delicious even though it is not very healthy and it is not easy to this menu in the restaurant in SF..

Rustic French Baguette
It was a very excited day making a French baguette and was turn out great !!! After finish the program t LCB , my husband always want me to make a baguette for him and of course- no wonder why:-nothing like smell fresh bake baguette in the morning and the crunchy crust after let it cool down when it fully baked out of the oven!!!!
Good bread takes time but it is worth to make!! It is not difficult as you think , so give it a try --the only thing it needs when baking bread or baguette is just need a bit patient but promise you will enjoy so much of homemade baguette Enjoy :))

Happy Thanksgiving Macarons !!!
I decided to make macarons instead of pumpkin pie for this holiday - Thanksgiving ! It was so much fun making these yummie , classic trendy sweet as it is my favorite dessert. Many times people think , making the filling using ganache is great for macarons but today I though pumpkin and and honey is blend well with macarons shell very well. Love holiday and I really want to share my passion of baking soon. Stay tune for 2018 pastry class.

Great Night!
It was a great time with these two couples, cook , had a great meals and conversation after meals . They were great to have and sometime when it is a small class then I get to talk a lot to share experience and not only just food but many topics . This was great and thank for sharing good information again.
