A Lot Of Fun!!

It was a very fun class and everyone is such a good cook! Everything  is too easy to make and everyone loves it accept dessert was a bit challenging:)))) Great evening anyway and happy anniversary in my class to Maria and her husband from Portugal !!

Macarons Therapy !!!

Gold raspberry Macarons!

It mas me smile every time I make macarons and you know why!!!! The cute and yummy gluten fee cookies with a ganache filling is hard to not fall in love. A lot of people will not agree to me as a lot of people have  a hard time to get a macarons feet shape up as it suppose to be. Keep trying and you will know it is not as bad as you think.  Another good day even cold put side:)))

Lovely Evening Class!

It was a great evening to cook with all of students tonight!  Everyone is super nice -accept me :))) was very tough . Great conversation after all great meals - thank everyone cooking with me tonight .

 It was a lovely evening class with a lot of love from everyone !!! This class was very intensive cooking. Everyone was so great master their valentine's meals with their love :))

Happy Valentine's Day everyone !!!

White Chocolate raspberry for my valentine's macarons!! It is my favorite thing to bake and Valentine is coming. It was my third time hosting the international cooking team from google !It was  so much fun - France, Spain. England, India, Africa, Singapore, New York and CA. They were super fun people and great cook. Thank everyone who a fun great cooking team building .

Special day for Teresa- Birthday !!!! She is such a lucky girls to has great friends joined celebrate her special  night- birthday cooking party in my class. Everyone has such an energy and very nice people . They did three delicious course meals with a lot of laughs , chat and 1000 lovely pictures. Thanks again for letting me hosting your special day..

Amazing how everyone loves wine with food so much in this class :)))) It was a perfect mixed interesting +fun people for tonight class. Good job of master all those yummy food and digest at the end was an extra fun-dancing :))
