Hot & Spicy!

The weather today is quite hot and the students love Spicy salad. Today , making Larb/ Thai chicken salad was a good choice as it is very hot. so salad serve with lettuce and cucumber was a perfect start for our three course meals tonight . Everyone ate all and they claim- so good and so full:)

Spring Roll Night!

Yummies spring roll with Thai peanut sauce. It was delicious and they are super great to have in my class. The 1st time Thai dessert that they claimed they like and ate it all :Tab Tim Krob :)

Fun Afternoon With Cloudflare!

What a group I had today from Cloudflare company ! It was a super fun afternoon team cooking class with this team . Everyone work each station and complete all meals together , nicely done -timing, tasty and a lot of laughs. Love this team and until next time!

It was super night with this group. They are very fun people and great friends they have . I was not tried even they stayed a bit late as I enjoyed talking with them too. Thanks again for a very fun night.

A Great Team From Myraid!

What a team I had today ! It was fun with this team from Myriad and the food they made are represent how good they are as a team . Th best of today class was peanut sauce; I had to ask if they dipped it or drink it . Super yumm , good job everyone!

I was happy to hear that Orly came far away from LA to celebrate her birthday and picked to join my macaroons class on one of th birthday wish. Happy birthday and I hope you enjoy those yummies macarons we made .
