This sweet , cute and friendly cooked with me to celebrate a special birthday in my class before take off for a new chapter of their life in orange country. It was super nice having them in my class and wish they luck in their journey !!!

It Has Been Great 8 Years With Triage!

It has been fun having about 50 teams from Triage Consultant company came to join my class. Love energy , fun and nice people to cook with, esp after class great conversation, laughs and singing. I am looking forward to more with to have everyone in my class and thank for keep coming back:)

Father's Day Class!

Happy to host father's day cooking class for this family . I love everyone is so nice and was lovely son to set up this class for his father as he loves cooking. I hope you make all of those home and Thank for joining me cooking .

Awesome Team from Walmart !

It was super fun after team building with production team from Walmart company! The foods they made were delicious and all they made from boding team work and love them - fun to have in the class.

Yum Naem Kao Tod !

Naem Kao Tod Salad ! Crispy rice ball mixed with soured pork sausage and main Thai salad herbs . It is served with any veggies you like - I love eating it’s with ginger , cabbage and a bunch of mint . Fun to make a red curry rice ball and very delicious a bit sour from lime and fermented pork sausage.

Justine's Birthday!!!

Was so much fun mastering all three course on surprised birthday Justine! Everyone cooked together very well and everything came out very delicious even it is super simple as I like:)dessert though was a highlight I believe everyone excited for the first time try it . Thank again everyone to come joined me celebrate his birthday in my class :)
