Everybody had fun making artistic Spring Roll, Thai Spicy Basil on top with fired egg and fancy Mango Sticky Rice. I got a new move from my student " Mango Dancing" . Thanks it was fun:)

Thanks to Priya for bringing all her friends and other who came to joined with us! This is my first Thai cooking class on the second floor and turn out to be blast and great for big group of 13 people!!! We all did some Salsa dancing to get ready for dessert. Cisco's Team Building!

Kris “Cisco” and his Angels descended on Sunshine’s Thai cooking class for some serious “team building”. First off everyone autographed the aprons for each other


Next we all shifted to making fresh spring rolls where we had a winner for the best looking and the highest production – six rolls in just a few minutes”. After devouring the spring rolls, it was back to chopping Chinese broccoli, chicken, and big fat noodles for the pad se el. Once again the completion heated up with a great show of wok handling to make some outrageously good pad se Ew

Come to dessert time “mango sticky rice” here the creative talent came into play with decorative mangos design almost too good to eat – a heart, bicycle, face topped with some sweet-salty coconut sauce.

My husband caught fours dungeness crab, so we couldn't ate it all after steam and eat with the Thai seafood sauce then I decide to use the meat to make Crab Fried Rice. Thanks husband for the fresh crab...

Great Space For The Event

The commercial kitchen-two oven and high BTU stove along with the bar on both side.

This is an pop up dinner for the Vietnamese cuisine for 60 people seating.

Everyone were enjoyed to spice their own dishes. Good thing about making Thai food is no measure method just add more or less as you palate desired!

Lad Narh

Thai style wide noodle with thick sauce or "Lad Narh" . If you are a fan of Pad See Ew then this dish is not as too new for you in term of the ingredients but the noodle soak with the thick Thai style instated of just stir fried. You also can add the chili pepper into the dish if you like spicy taste.

We had a great time with Rudy and Maria! We hope joining my cooking class was the good
choice for both of you on vacation in San Francisco.

I have no idea how much I like this Bread Pudding-I ate two of thouse after it cool down from the oven right the way!!!

This class was really fun - my kitchen turned into a competion of the chefs. It was a challenge of the three men vs the three women. You probably can guess who the winner was!

This is my first class after came back from my trip. Pad Thai is always popular for everyone who want to learn how to make Thai food at the first time. It is very simple ingredients and fast easy dish to make. I believe that all of them can make one now even though one of them never had an experience cooking. Good choice to choose this dish to start.

Yum Khai Down

I could say Yum Khai Down is an entree even though it is a salad dish. I can say that because it is not just only vegetable in there is mix so many kind of meat and seafood. You can add any kind of meat you like but the main thing you need to have is fried egg. The dressing is similar to papaya salad if you already know how to make papaya slad already so this dish it won't be be hard. It is go with noodle and serve on the rice is good as well.

I couldn't count how many spring roll they had for each person but I believe at least three:))
After all the food, we had to do a little exercise before the dessert, so I gave a basic Cha Cha Cha and seem everyone are a fast learner!!
