Great Great Time!!!!

It was very great haivng  3 people came to my class to celebrate  their britnday tonight. Everyone so freindly and nice.. Thanks for all of you joied me cooking and having a great meals.. Ding Ding Ding!!!

A Fun Night!

It was a great night with great people with a great meals! Connie and Stephen came to my class for three times including and this is another thing that I like about my class that I get to see deferance and diverse kind of people who love eating , meeting , cooking and socializing!!!

Nam Prik Ong!!

Simple Delicious is always my theme and this is another favor of my husband which I made it for his birthday treat:)) Nam Prik Ong or Tomato dipping sauce is a tomato base sauce with a lot of condiments as, shallot , garlic and a Lot of  dry chili which serve with varieties of fresh or steam vegetable . It is very well known dish from north of Thailand, especially eat with fried pork skin.

It was very nice Valentine group of single and couple, mingling and a lot of fun fun ..Thanks for joining me a specail day,cooking delicious Thai meals and thanks for eating all, great job everyone!

Such a nice group I had tonight, Very fun and open minded people!! We did three course which all of them are new for my students tonight. Thanks for your brave to cook and enjoy my food.. Great Job and see you at the market:))

10 times with Genentech !!

This is a group number 10 from Genentech and definitely great fun people to have in my class. Tonight, quite a challenge for the menu they picked which they never order or had it before in the restaurant but believe it or not ,, they did a good job and they  liked all of three course they made. Great job!!

Private Cooking Class With David & Katherine's Floks !

It was so nice having David and Katherine in my class again after they took my class a  year ago! With thime ,their friends and kids:) They love cookign and experince many type of cuisines. Thanks my class for bringing me to meet a lot of good interesting  people.

Cooking Class Jan23, 2014!

This class was an incredible for meeeeee, really !! It my first time set up the class with the customer, was so much fun , exhausted and grateful...You guys are awesome and  Thanks for joining me for a great night!!!

Rock Heart Team Building!

It was fun having Rock Heart for the frist time and I hope everyone had a great time with a full stomach!
So many sauces as you will see on the pictures , gave a hard time a bit for the sauce team but the team worked together , so no problem:))

Siena 's Brithday !

It was so much fun hosting Siena's brithday in my cookign class. It was my frist time teaching kids in my class and was surpised me how much kids can do this day!! I hope this class is inspired  those kids love Thai food and love cooking together.

9 Times With Genentech !

This was a biggest class I ever hosted!! I had severals group of people from Genenetech and very nice people, really !!! THis team booked for 40 people but soem couldn't make it , so you can count for me from the pictures:)) Great time and very respoectful, fun people!!!! Thanks genenteach adn looking forward to having more coming .

Sapna's Folks !

My second times with Sapna and for this time , she brought all great friends and relatives. It was so much fun and everybody love Thai food, esp Spicy and tonight the menu was exactly what they like:)) So great and fun people to start my first month of 2015 in my class.

8 Times With Genentech!

Another Year with Genenetech  and it has been 8 times with difference department and some repeat  faces:)) Tonight we made something special and it went well with great team work from this group.. Thanks everyone and hope to see more in 2105.

It was so much fun tonight with Voxbone Team and Thanks so muchhhh For yummy Chocolate from Belgium:)))Two teams, gentleman and ladies had fun with seasoning the dishes.. btw, CEO was here too , so I hope to see all of you again in my class!!

Happy New Year Everyone! !

It was my first class of 2015 , so Happy New Year everyone ! We start the year with my favor dish, Larb  which popular and originate from where I was born , Udonthani. The entree with another favor according to spicy dish, Pad Kea Mao and finished up with Fried Banana With Ice Cream to cool their palate down after all delicious spicy food:)) Thanks for joining me to start another good year!
