It was so much fun with these ladies!!! A good team to have in the class with 11 friendly  ladies . I teach them how to make the most popular dishes in Thailand and they nailed it . Thank guys and I enjoyed so much working with all of you in my class.

It was a very fun and great team to have for early morning cooking team building! The team make perfect golden bag and the rest of yummy food. Thank you and sorry that too much food you have to eat:)))

Alex came to my class 4-5 times forgot but i always remember that every time I see him was a funnnnn time!!!Alex team up with Tray set up a new company " playlight " I wish they success in the business and what a great team he has with him. 

A Fun Team From UCSF

 It was a very fun afternoon with a team from UCSF!! This was a second team from UCSF did came to my class.There were fun to work with and works very well  as a team. It was a lot of  good food they made with laugh, drink and chattinggggg. Thank everyone for today adn hope to see you again.

It was a romantic nice with Laura and Chris! They are getting married and going to Thailand for their honeymoon. Very cute couple - Congratulations and thanks for joining me cooking those delicious meals and have wonderful time in Thailand .

Friend Night Out !

It was a lovely evening with this group! Their friends recommence my class and they love cooking. They join me tonight as they love cooking and one of them used to live in Thailand and love Thai food. Thanks again for a great evening and sharing experience while you were in Thailand.

Choux aux chocolat et a la creme!!

Making choux is not difficult and always delicious. To make it more fun today I made a big choux  chocolate filling and stuff inside with a small small choux, vanilla filling. It was a sugar cut recipe and still works well. 

To make it even more fun beside double filling, so I place the craqueline on top of the choux and it help for the rise and crunchy texture outside.

It was super fun time with family & friend 's Vanessa!! I admit that all the kids are so fun to have in my class and we laughed a lot. They loved what they made and ate it all. Good job everyone and Thanks for joining me .

It was super fun afternoon with this team from Facebook-- everyone is so competitive and help each other with master the perfect spring roll. Good job everyone and looking forward to the next team building with your group.

Macarons!

 After all hard working and looks at my beautiful yummy macarons. Making macarons is can be fun if you know how to make it or disaster because many things can go wrong. Anyway, kind of my lucky day that my macarons came out perfect bright colors and have a good feet. I made three favors of the ganache filling - orange, mint and water rose.  I start thinking that I really should share my pastry skill after finish school but I haven;t started the date yet- if you like to learn how to make macarons then stay Tune!

Date Night Out!

It was a fun night teaching Rani and Andrew ! They both are good cook and even made my class easier. Andrew visited Thailand and took a class there but no mentioned what else he did in Thailand :)))Thanks for a very fun evening and hope you enjoy your Thai meals in your own kitchen!

30th Birthday Cooking Party!

 It was great to see Trish and her husband again with her close friends friend from last time. I was glad to be able to host for his 30th birthday party with all of his friend for this time. They are very nice people and believe it or not they love a big ball:)))Thank everyone and was nice having everyone join me cooking all of the yummiest food. Happy Birthday young mannnnnn..!

Making spring roll is always fun and this afternoon -welcome back a team from Sanford Heisler, everyone has a talent on how to roll their spring roll and the peanut sauce they made was super good.

It was a bachelorette cooking party!!They are all young , pretty women . The bride is so sweet and no wonder why everyone of her friends flew from difference city to celebrate this special day with her.

It was so much fun cooking class tonight. Both couples are super fun to work with. The dishes they made tonight are simple delicious. As they are so good,s o we have plenty of time to have a long chit chat , was a lovely evening. Thanks again, make for 3 dates for Chris:))
