Yummy Sauce!!!

Making a fresh spring roll is always fun menu in the class - esp tonight everyone love challenge !!They made pretty great looking spring roll, esp for the first time. The Thai peanut sauce - almost call for drink not dip-- it was gone :) Great team and thank everyone for coming even on the pouring rain night class.

A Bunch Of Laugh!

 It was a very fun night and everyone working so hard to master all delicious done . Big Thank to Daniel to come back joining me cooking with his company this time after came here with a birthday cooking party of his friend for his 1st time and looking forward for more .

Congratulation!

It was great teaching this sweet couple who are getting marriage in May soon!!!She mentioned that 4 years ago joined me one of my cooking class and tonight brought her future husband came to cook his favorite dish-Pine apple fried rice .. we did mater three course -intensive cooking 2 hours and ate a bunch of food together within 10 mms fast :)) Thank for coming back again!

Noodle Night !

I nominated the noodle ladies tonight that they did a good job!!! Everyone are very fun people to work with and long good conversation with a lot of good wine they had to run down to get more. Thank for making a super fun time in my class everyone and looking forward to having everyone again in my class.

A lot of good Cook tonight!

It was a very great night having all of good cooks here and very nice chatting with all of them . A small intimate class with a lot of varieties of dessert we enjoyed together beside the food they made . Thank for fun night every night.

Fantastic People !!!

It was very fun class and it was nice to see couples people who came a class not long time ago and back to cook with me again tonight. Good mixed of people and  a lot of work to do tonight and they did fantastic job making those dishes together.

Cooking With Grand Rounds Team!

It was a very fun group from Grand Rounds company !!! Lunch time is best for team building cooking class while everyone still has energy and this group just got back from Bike ride in the morning !!! Small world , one of this team member came to the class with her boyfriend three years ago and now she got married to him. Love it :))

Happy Birthday Glory!

It was so much fun hosting a cooking birthday party for Glory . She came here for 2nd times and always made me so happy and this time with her great friends and lovey family.

1st Class Of 2018!

It was a very fun 1st class of 2018.. Everyone learned so fast with a lot of  laugh, stress, smile,singing and chit chat. What a great people and good time I had with them. Thank for joining me start a good year!

Countdown to 21018!

It was my last class of 2017 and looking to a many Fun classes in 2018 as well. It was very fun had everyone tonight and great job with cooking like a chef in my kitchen. Awesome and interesting people .

It was very nice seeing Alison's crews in my class again tonight and everyone in my class . It was a very great group and fun cooking with long chatting at the end. Wish everyone a fantastic 2018 which in 2 days.

A lot of Birthday celebration tonight!

Everyone is such a good cook and love Thai food. They are three delicious dishes they made together , a lot of laugh and celebration tonight. They are three people who came to celebrate their birthday and one of them has exactly same birthday with me. What a great fun night to celebrate my birthday again with all of them.
