Thanks 7x7 magazine for writing about my cooking class. It has been a great 8 years teaching Thai food and thanks for all everyone who support me and value what I do . I am grateful to have this opportunity to do what I enjoy as a job in this country to share Thai food and culture 🙏🏻🇹🇭

Nam Prik Ong!

Nam Prik Ong- my mom recipe and my husband favorite dish!!! He loves tomato and this dish is made from tomato base - roasted then cooked it down with ground pork or chicken. The favor are combine with sweet from palm sugar , salty from fish sauce and sour from tamarind and tomato itself . So refresh and not heavy as the dish usually sever with fresh veggies and over some rice 🍚 The most important is simple delicious ...

A Great Birthday !

 It was a fun birthday cooking class with this group. The beautiful Lillian- she , her family and friends are fun!!! Cooking Pad Thai is very challenging, esp with 24 of them but he did it. Thanks for dessert team - super cute kids  and very fun teaching them . Happy Birthday Lillian .

Cook With Lawyers team !

It was happy to see couples of them came back to cook with me. It was fun to teach them . Great cooks I had in the class. What a great idea to get all lawyers from difference firm to have a team building work and friend :)

Welcome Back Another Team From Flexport !

 Dozen of gyoza completed by one guy from this team- I am talking about ate those yummy a little dumpling. Anyone beat him? Anyway, it was a super great team and glad to see the guy who came here 5 year ago and back to see me again . Great team work everyone :)

Apple Team!

This is unlimited laughs- some said - their abdominal did got work out. Super team I would call- fun , open do whatever they want :))) and came out great everything .. Good job and see you next time I hope :)

What a great team !!! I didn't get a team from Facebook for long time and this team remind me how nice people from this company. Everyone is so great with what they do and works super good as a team- the comedian guy add a lot of fun to the group:)) and love having everyone .Thank you and until next time:)
