It was nice to having Samantha and Jack in my class again, esp tonight I hosted her birthday dinner party with a close friends. I wish her had a good time and Happy Birthday from my heart again.

Chocolate Banana Cake With Cocolate Ganache Frosting!

I taught my Thai dessert, Fried Banana With Ice Cream for my class yesterday and this time I had left banana and some Ice Cream:) So I though about making Banana Bread but found this recipes making a Chocolate Banana Cake With a chocolate ganache kind of interesting to me, so I decided to make it and was turn out great, especial with Ice cream and some strawberry:)

Moo Satay With Thai Peanut Sauce!

Moo Satay is a great Thai snack which comes with the Thai peanut sauce, sometime with the side of cucumber and shallot in the white vinegar. I usually is a marinade grilled pork with Thai herbs, exp lemongrass, galangal and cumin,ect.,
