Great group and Delicious Meals!

It was a fun chat night :))) After this mixed group of people mastered their delicious three course meals with full stomach ,so we end up having a long great conversation - and this is how I love teaching - food bring everyhting , don't you agree with me :))

Great Afternoon With Team From Brit+Co

Master three course meals with a team from Brit+Co was fun afternoon cooking class. There are very nice and fun to work with. This team was very organised and works well together from chop chop chop, saucy and cooking. Thank again fro joining me .

Khao Soi!

This is a street food where you can find everywhere in  Chiang -Mai - Northern part of Thailand  callled' Khao Soi " or egg noodle with special curry sauce and come with condiments of shallot, pickle mustard, lime wedges and fried chilies pasted.It has a difference favor than any other curry and difference style of serving with 2 difference way preparing the egg noodle - boil and crispy one on top. I made it with Chicken drumstick and chicken meats but basicly you can go with any meats you like . Give a try and you can understand what I mean - really good and hope you like it!

19 times with team from Genentech !!!

Another awesome group from Genentech- 36 people fit well in this class !!! Such a fun and great evening with this team!!!!I had a lot of team from this company and every time I was amazing - both people and team work they made a great food in my class. This team, mastered three all the males in 1 and half hours , I mean all delicious :)Thanks for joining me again and again and hope to see you for another year!

Sai Oua!!!

It is our favor dish when we go back to Thailand- Sai Oua or Northern Thai Sausage. It is made from a mixed of Thai herb, such as galangal, kaffir lime leafe , lemonglass and chilies with seasoning minced pork and a bit fatty from pork belly . Today. I cooked the pandant sticky rice to goes with my Thai sausage which also goes well with a sliced of fresh ginger, cilantro and fresh Thai chill. This is the dish that you must to try when you visit Chiangmia which located in the North part of Thailand .

Parkside Lending!

This team was amazing -- great team work, very nice people and the world travel . They make three course just a bit in happy period of time and with a lot of laugh which seem work the same place for long time even though they work in difference places - such a lovely evening!

Double Dates!

It was fun with this 2 couples!! They love cooking and very interesting to share experience. This class provide what you wanted, meeting great people, cooking and sharing experienced+ music and television and sometime free ballroom dance lesson- what wouldn't you join me , right :))

A lot of works for learning all three course cooking but this group nailed it!! great job for 3 hours working hard and you deserved all of good food and hope everyone can make those dishes. What a great night and great team.

A Couple Night Out!

It was a super fun night with this 9 couples tonight. Everyone has such a great skill, people, cooking , eating and esp, making the most creation gyoza and Scooping the ice cream :)))

A bit extra after all good food with dancing ,,, what a fun night I had with all of you :))))!!!!!

Pound Pound Class:)

It was a great team with this mixed group of great , fun and love eating Thai food :)) We made a great three course which was on of those dishes no one had it before " Lad Nar" and they did a good job . Thanks all braves students:)

One a while I hosted the class with a kids from 7-12 years old and you would surprise that they are very good students. It was fun with this family to make three course and all dished they made are their favorite.

I had been a great year teaching 2015 until today is my 1st day teaching my first class on Jan 1, 2106 with a great crews and delicious homemade cooking by all people who love Thai food, cooking and meeting people. A Great Night!

It was a great night with this group . I love to meet fun, interesting people and sharing experience . They mastered a good food - Nam Prik Ong , Crab fried rice and Tapioca pudding . Thanks for making another great time in my class.
