Mom's Night Out!

It was a mom gathering cooking party! Thank you to Organized by Miranda and Christine. I love the theme of bringing people to have a good time together and you know nothing better than good food and esp, cooking and do thing together. Great job ladies -you guys did fantastic three course .

Cooking With Guilli & Her Love Friends!

Lovely evening with a group of Guilli's friends and they made me so happy with all the food they made .They know each other for long time and everyone is so nice and I enjoyed them so much in my class. They made a good meals, put a lot of hours made those delicious three course and those yummy food belong to them- they ate everything which made me so happy . Thank so much and hope to see you again.

It was a lot of fun with this group! such a lucky that they found each other and same to me that it was a great time with a lot of laugh with them and  cooking all delicious meals with me. Awe, awesome people-nothing to say but yes you guys are Awesome:)

Couples Night Out!

All 5 couples tonight! Some can cook, some don't just came out for a fun night out in my class and good food which they did a good job. Great team and delicious meals . Thanks everyone!

It was a long fun night!

It was a very fun night with these group ! A lot of laugh and long conversation!Everyone so nice, friendly and good cook. I so enjoyed my class with all people i met and will never want to stop teaching until i get too old:)

Saturday Night Class!

It was a mixed group of people in this class but they seem came the same group. It was really good team. Tonight the dish were required a lot of team work for appetizer- fish cake and a lot of preparation for other dishes. Anyway, this group did  great job for all difficult three course meals all together. Thank all for joying me  cook all those delicious meals.

Double Date!

It was great having these two couple in my class. They love to cook and eat Thai food. They mastered three course and did a great job. I hope you guys starting cook Thai food from now on:)

Jacob & Caitrin !

I love this couple ad so happy to host this party for their wedding. They both came to my class 2 months ago and of course love my food :)) , that why they want me to make a special dishes for them for a wine tasting party , so they can chose for their wedding. We made all Cait 's favor dishes- Sai Oua, Papaya Salad, Sa Koo Sai Moo, Kaffir Lime Leaf. What a lovely couple ... and beautiful bride.

It was a great class with a team from Tune! Fun, friendly and nice people to work with with a bit competitive:)) Very good team work master all delicious and amazing fresh spring roll. Thank Corina who organized the group.

Google Team Building!

This a a team from Google which a lot of people came from difference cities and country.Thank Aida who organizing this team. If they didn't tell me where they came from then I couldn't tell that they are from difference place because how they talk and react , seem they know each other for long time.-- friendly , great and interesting people.

A lot of love in this class this week!!! Lovely afternoon class with this group -- very good team- competitive and friendly people to work with. This was a coincident that both wedding will be in Mexico -- I need to go I guess:)

Bachelorette Cooking Party !!

It was super fun hosting Julie's Bachelorette cooking party. They are fun, beautiful and great cook. Thanks everyone to join me master all those dishes and a lot of laugh !!!Congratulation to the bride again:)) Mexico , excited!!!

Yum Naem Tod!

Yum Naem Tod is an appetizer dish in Thailand which made from cooked Thai rice mixed with the curry paste and herbs then shape it into a ball shape then deep fried . It is kind of salad which give a crunchy texture because of its fried then you break the rice into piece and seasoning with fish sauce , lime juice , chilies flake and a bit sugar then mixed with veggies. Yummy this is my happy Sunday !

Kanom Tom!

Many Thai dessert made from coconut and especially for this dessert , both stuffing made from shredded  coconut meat cook in the slow heat with palm sugar until it thick then let its cooling down then shape it as a ball shape. Before boil the coconut ball in the boil water it had to coated with glutenous rice flour then cook it until it float then roll it on the young shredded coconut meat. It is so good and it has been always my love dessert ever.

Kanom Tauy!

Tauy means bowl, especial this dessert serve in a special bowl. Although it is not a lot of ingredients to make this dessert but there is a lot of step which need to beware to make its successful .You can find this dessert everywhere in Thailand and it is not very sweet taste. I made from coconut milk and have two layer- bottom kind of sweet a bit and top layer have a bit salty taste which make them both goes well together.

Gyoza Night !

Thanks all everyone for the great team tonight! From difference part of the world but great mixed and they got a pride. Making a Gyoza is not easy - start with wrap it into a good Gyoza shape then have to cook- have to be patients, take some times and have a good team but come to eating- it takes only minutes for each to finish 5 of those delicious handmade gyoza. Forgot to mentioned someone ate 15:)))

Sausage

My first time teaching a sausage and this time 3 ladies came to learn how to make this dish for bachelorette party which was very fun evening. they are lovely and Terrance was only guy tonight to help to squeeze it through ))

Wonder Evening!

It was so much fun with this group. It seem everyone know each together for long time but actually they just met in my class. This is what I love about my class, not only about cooking but meeting interesting and cool people.
