Thanks 7x7 magazine for writing about my cooking class. It has been a great 8 years teaching Thai food and thanks for all everyone who support me and value what I do . I am grateful to have this opportunity to do what I enjoy as a job in this country to share Thai food and culture 🙏🏻🇹🇭

Nam Prik Ong- my mom recipe and my husband favorite dish!!! He loves tomato and this dish is made from tomato base - roasted then cooked it down with ground pork or chicken. The favor are combine with sweet from palm sugar , salty from fish sauce and sour from tamarind and tomato itself .
