Mango sticky rice is always a big hit in my my class!! This is the only picture that all students are in the kitchen at the same time struggling to get dessert!!!!!!
Fresh Spring Rolls
This is the frist time we made Fresh Spring Rolls with peanut sauce for dipping.
Everyone had fun creating their own rolls and picking the fresh vegetable they most liked.
I couldn't believe one of them ate three rolls and still had room for Pad Thai and dessert!!
