This is another simple, traditional small cake for French dessert but delicious, Madeleine. I made two favors, chocolate and Lemon. This texture like Genoise sponge cake but lightener . The shape that what people like and known for scalloped shell shape .It is a truly unique little cake, browned and crispy on the outside and spongy and soft on the inside. A perfect accompaniment to your afternoon cup of tea. I made this for potluck party tonight and hope everyone like it :)
