Kanom Krook or Thai coconut rice cake is very popular as dessert or savory ! It is very tropical batter dessert base from coconut and sticky rice. Using the shallow pan to master this dessert give the best crispy crunchy texture outside and help holding the shape for the soft stuffing inside. The topping could be vary using difference type of ingredients such as pumpkin , taro, almond., etc and today I use green onion.
