A Team From Trulia!

It was a fun afternoon with Trulia team ! They are 27 people in the class today and they are full of energy and work very great together.Food they made were so great- and I love that everyone ate all the food they made.. Happy full and fun day! Thank everyone for coming and cooking all yummies meals with me.

Lovely Family!

Nathan and Denis set this class for mom birthday and it was a lovely to have them here with me . His mom and love cooking and he does love cooking with his wife too. They came from difference city which made me feel so good to host a special day in my class . Thank again and I hope you had a wonderful birthday celebration!

A lot of celebrated tonight -- Three people have a birthday tonight, so my class was a present , surprise gift for their birthday from their  friends and family. Thanks everyone to let me in the part of special day.

A Lotttt Of Fun!

This was another funnn night I had with this group - may be because of a magic drink they brought to the class.It was a good mixed of Friday night out for them- there are 4 group of people who came with their friends or gf/bf and came alone to meet people and having fun- and I believed everyone was very happy:)) esp, good team making a special desseert!!

Kanom Mo Kaeng!

Kanom Mo Kaeng or Thai coconut pudding!

It is a traditional Thai dessert which can make with a variety of favor such as taro, mung bean, sweet potato, pumpkin or just plan only egg and today I made with Mung bean. However no matter which favor or filling you add but everything need to add coconut milk and egg. The sweetness as I like when it comes making a Thai dessert is palm sugar which had a good favor of sweetness and not too sharp sweet. On top of that- there is a topping which made from deep fried sliced shallot which give you a great aroma to finish up at the end of furnishings cooking method.I ate 2 of those quickly, pleas try --it is another simple and delicious to make.

21 Great Times With Genentech!

Genentech is my regular customer and I always have a good time with every team that came to join me cooking in my class. Everyone trend to work with this company very long time according to many benefit and the most important is people who they work with and I totally agree. Thanks everyone and can't wait for the next team and more.

Tony's Crews!

Tony brought his friends came to cook with me and they are all fun to have in my class. It was such a nice group for a group of friends that he has and it made miss a lot of dears friends in Thailand. This group together almost every week and find something fun to do. Thank you everyone for making my fun even more fun and interesting and Thanks Jayme who recommence my class to Tony.

It was nice seeing someone in this team for 3 times and meeting a lot of great , fun people in this team from Tides. I love the energy, friendly. working and a lot of laughing. Thank Katherine and Jackie to make this event happen and see you next year:)

Great Team From Yelp!

It was so much fun with this group!! Everyone is friendly and fun to work with.. We actually master 4 course instead of 3 as I normally do but we did it and all the food were great from their hands, chop chop chop, cook and eat it all. Thank everyone and hope to see you again.

Anther Fun Group With Jayme!

Jayme came to my class three times within 2 months but difference group of friends. Today is also a special day of her best friend birthday and she got everyone came to my class and they were very lovely , fun to work with and eating all my food:)) Thank Jayme to bring all her friends and looking forward to the next one.

Small world and it always fun to see the old customer even some of them move around to other company. They are very good as a team and everyone love to learn then new things. Thank again for cooking and eating all the food :))
