Kanom Mo Kaeng or Thai coconut pudding!
It is a traditional Thai dessert which can make with a variety of favor such as taro, mung bean, sweet potato, pumpkin or just plan only egg and today I made with Mung bean. However no matter which favor or filling you add but everything need to add coconut milk and egg. The sweetness as I like when it comes making a Thai dessert is palm sugar which had a good favor of sweetness and not too sharp sweet. On top of that- there is a topping which made from deep fried sliced shallot which give you a great aroma to finish up at the end of furnishings cooking method.I ate 2 of those quickly, pleas try --it is another simple and delicious to make.
