I am lucky that having a hand catch fish eating all year because my husband is a fisherman.
Recently he caught a salmon and halabuts , so today I love to make him a ceviche.
We always love to make a sushi out of our salmon but to make ceviche , I prefer halibuts. Anyway, I like to dine like a chef once a week and here we go- as pretty as 5 stars restaurant :)))
