Shrimp Shumai!


I couldn't find anyone to go eat dim sum with me today, so decided to make it myself . When you go eat dim sum , the idea is order so many difference dishes to share so you get to eat so many thing. I love Dim sum and every time i eat it - it give me an excuse to gather friends as the more the better. My version though is more healthy than the restaurant for sure as I did not add the lard into my filling - 100% shrimp meat - so mine is a bit dry but still delicious . Love how easy and bite finger food but can get so full - I ate 8 of those and I was done .
