The classic Thai snack or finger food which is great for party - beautiful appetizer and very yummy as it looks . Krathong is a famous thing that people float it on the river to wish for lucky on Loy Krathong festival . Many of dishes sever with Krathougn to make it exotic food and for presentation as most krathong made from banana leafs which come with difference form/ shape . But today my Krathong made with crispy light batter and good goes so well with the filling and sauce .
