pancake or BÁNH XÈO iVietnamese but this is my thai style version! A very light batter make the crape is super crunchy and very bright yellow
color looks so pretty to trap you in . The filling can be just shrimp or pork
or both together and serve with sweet and sour sauce but my version always with
chilies a bit to go with my filling which is very light in favor . Serve on the
side with veggies even make it as a warps with the lettuce always great .
